Consultation and Refunds
At ZLuna Salon we want all of our clients to be happy with your service. We will gladly consult with the client and come up with a plan on how to proceed. If you are not happy, we will give you 48 hours to have another consultation with your stylist to determine the necessary actions. Corrections are done in house and must performed within 48 hours of the consultation. No refunds will be given.

About Zluna Salon
My name is Shanna Sweeney, owner of ZLuna Salon in Robinson Township just outside Pittsburgh, PA. I started this salon as a place where clients could come in, relax and feel right at home without stress, drama or judgement from any of the stylists or employees. I’ve been in the salon industry for over 20 years. In that time, I have had the privilege of working with many very talented salon owners and hair stylists. I have learned a lot from them and from attending many continuing education classes to keep up-to-date with the always changing trends of hair, nails and the industry in general.
Along with my passion for the hair industry, I am very passionate about family, friends and my dogs. I'm a true believer that family comes first and that is why I created ZLuna Salon. I want each client to come into ZLuna and feel like family.
The name ZLuna Salon came from a combination of my dogs’ names: Zoe and Luna, the loves of my life for 13 years. In June of 2016, I lost my beloved Zoe very unexpectedly. It was probably the hardest thing I have ever had to go through. Without Luna, family, friends, and my clients, I would have never made it through that tragic time. I wanted to start my own salon not only in memory of Zoe and my love for Luna, my family, friends and clients, but I wanted a place where people can relax as part of the family, and get pampered in a relaxed salon environment.
